Q. Why do I need to register on this site?
A. As a registered user, you will be able to access:
-Access your HLStatsX Stats
-Forums
-Photos
-Clan Application
-Downloads
-Graphics Discussion
-Our Mapper's Zone Discussion
-Clan Memberlist/Roster
-Challenge us to Scrimmages

Q. I'm having trouble registering. HELP!
A. First off try reading the phpBB forum's FAQ page:

If that doesn't help, consider these issues aside from the obvious ones:
-Your visual confirmation code was wrong. If you really can't see it then hit reload on the page until you can. Careful though because then if you hit reload too many times, you'll have to close all your internet browser windows to be able to try again. We're sorry for the inconvenience but this prevents any robots from registering and spamming our boards.
-If you checked the box where it asks "Do you intend on applying for [BAY]?" then you MUST provide a valid Steam ID. See below on how to retrieve your Steam ID.

Q. How do I figure out what my Steam ID is?
A.
-First make sure you're in a game and on a server.
-Hit ESC. Goto Options > Advanced --> Make sure to check the use developer console box. Hit ok until all dialog boxes are closed.
-Then hit the tilde key (~). This will bring up the game console.
-Type in the console status.
-Then look for your name. Look over in the same column and it will say something like: STEAM_0:1:1209331.
-That entire string is your Steam ID.
-Remember, you can't hide this ID. It's public information and anyone can see it.
-To close the console press the tilde key (~) again or press ESC.

Q. Are you recruiting at this time?
A. We are currently inviting players to join [BAY] at this time.

Q. So am I guaranteed membership into the clan since I'm so good?
A.NO, skill is not what matters to us, it's your attitude. We are a mature gaming clan and we don't extend your parents job.

Q. What are the requirements to join [BAY]?
A. Applicants should be:
-Mature
-Good attitude (no drama queens)
-Enjoy meeting/playing with other cool members.
-Hang out in our servers and forums

Q. So when do I get admin access on the servers?
A. Full members get admin and it is a privilege. It is subject to Leaders approval.

Q. Since I spend more time on the server(s) than [insert person you're jealous of] why can't I get adminship like them?
A. We have a great staff to take good care of the servers. We are NOT handing out adminship like candy. Our staff will evaluate you or even ask you if we need your help.

Q. I want to refute my ban. Where do I go and who do I contact?
A. Post on the Banned? forum regarding the nature of your ban. Please provide date/time and details. Do not contact anyone regarding the details of your ban, otherwise your ban will not be lifted. Standard rules apply when posting.
